1. Purpose, Acceptance and Scope
These Platform Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern access to and use of the BBBRINGME website,
mobile applications, community tools, messaging features, booking flow, payment-enabled services
and any related services operated by BBBring Australasia Pty Ltd / BBBringMe Philippines (BBBRINGME, we, us or our). By
creating an account, browsing the Platform, requesting or providing a service, making a purchase,
attending a listed activity, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and the
documents incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Booking, Cancellation, Refund
and Order Adjustment Policy.
READ BEFORE USING THE PLATFORM BBBRINGME is a multi-service platform. The Platform role
can differ by category and transaction. It may facilitate introductions, listings, communications,
bookings, payments, product sales, subscriptions or support. The applicable checkout, listing, order
page or written work order will identify any service-specific terms that apply.
1.1 Definitions
Customer. a person or business using BBBRINGME to discover, request, book, purchase, join or
engage with a Provider, event, community or product.
Provider. a professional, worker, business, merchant, community organiser, coach, consultant,
entertainer, expert or other service provider using BBBRINGME.
Service. a service, consultation, activity, experience, booking, job, event, product-related task or other
offering made available through the Platform.
Order. a request, booking, purchase, quote acceptance, subscription, event registration or other
transaction made through the Platform.
Content. text, photographs, videos, profiles, ratings, reviews, messages, listings, files, trade marks and
other materials submitted, displayed or shared through the Platform.
2. Platform Services and Categories
BBBRINGME may offer or facilitate services across specialised categories, including community
engagement, automotive services, learning and coaching, moving and hauling, home services,
entertainment, events, and professional consultations. Product and e-commerce features may also be
available. Category availability, fees, eligibility criteria, geographic coverage, provider verification and
product catalogues may change over time.
• Community features may include clubs, networking, study, hobby, volunteer, gaming, sports or
social groups. BBBRINGME does not guarantee the conduct, identity, suitability or attendance of
community participants or organisers.
• Automotive, moving and home-service requests may involve access to vehicles, property, tools,
goods or personal information. Users must provide accurate access, location, condition and safety
information before a booking is accepted.
• Learning, coaching and consultation services are provided by independent Providers. Unless
explicitly stated and verified, they are not medical, legal, financial, engineering, mental-health or
emergency services.
• Event, entertainment and community activity organisers remain responsible for event content,
permits, audience suitability, venue arrangements and applicable safety obligations.
3. Eligibility, Accounts and Verification
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into a contract and provide complete
and accurate account information. A parent or legal guardian must create and supervise any account
used by a minor where the Platform permits such use. You are responsible for activity performed
through your account and for keeping your password, verification codes and devices secure.
• You must promptly update inaccurate, incomplete or outdated profile, contact, payment, location,
availability, certification and business information.
• You must not create an account using a false identity, impersonate another person, misrepresent
qualifications, create multiple accounts to evade restrictions, or allow unauthorised third parties to
use your account.
• BBBRINGME may request identity, payment, professional, business, licence, insurance, police-
clearance or other verification information where permitted by law and appropriate to the service
category. Verification does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement or insurance of any user or
Provider.
4. Bookings, Quotes, Orders, Payments and Subscriptions
An Order is not confirmed until the Platform or relevant Provider issues a confirmation through the
Platform, unless the checkout screen expressly states otherwise. Certain services may begin with a
request for quote, consultation, inspection, availability check, deposit or pre-authorisation. Prices,
inclusions, exclusions, cancellation windows, taxes, delivery charges, platform fees, subscriptions and
refund rules should be reviewed before you confirm the transaction.
• Providers may accept, decline or propose amendments to a booking or quote, subject to applicable
law and the Provider Agreement.
• If BBBRINGME processes payment, the payment method may be charged, authorised or held as
described at checkout. Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms and security
checks.
• Subscription access, if offered, may renew according to the plan disclosed at sign-up. You may
cancel future renewal through the available account controls, subject to any disclosed notice period
and non-waivable consumer rights.
• We may correct obvious pricing, description, availability or technical errors before fulfilment.
Where an Order requires a material change, we will seek your confirmation or provide the remedy
required by applicable law and the applicable policy.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must communicate accurately, act respectfully and provide safe, lawful and reasonable
conditions for a requested Service. Customers must disclose relevant details that could affect scope,
timing, safety, access, equipment, pet presence, parking, lift access, event audience, property hazards,
vehicle condition or special requirements.
• Do not request unsafe, unlawful, discriminatory, abusive, exploitative or prohibited work, content,
transport, activity or conduct.
• Do not use the Platform for emergencies. Call the relevant emergency services for urgent medical,
police, fire or rescue assistance.
• Do not provide a Provider with passwords, one-time codes, financial credentials, government logins
or other sensitive access information unless strictly necessary, lawful and documented through an
approved process.
• You are responsible for obtaining any consent required from property owners, co-users, attendees,
parents, guardians or other affected persons before a Service is performed.
6. Provider Responsibilities
Providers are responsible for the services, advice, products, events, representations, pricing, tax
treatment, permits, qualifications, safety practices and insurance associated with their offerings.
Providers must comply with the separate Provider Agreement and any category-specific
requirements.
• Maintain all licences, registrations, qualifications, permits, clearances and insurance that are legally
required or reasonably appropriate for the relevant Service and locality.
• Use truthful profiles, portfolios, photos, credentials, availability, rates, terms, service descriptions
and advertising. Do not claim verified, certified, insured, licensed or accredited status unless
supported by current evidence.
• Perform accepted services professionally, safely, lawfully and in accordance with the confirmed
scope. Obtain informed approval for material changes, additional charges, substitutions or delays.
• Do not discriminate unlawfully, harass users, solicit prohibited off-platform payments, misuse
customer data, or contact users for purposes unrelated to the legitimate service relationship.
7. Conduct, Content, Reviews and Community Standards
You retain ownership of Content you submit, subject to the licence needed for BBBRINGME to host,
reproduce, format, display, distribute and use that Content to operate, improve, promote and protect
the Platform. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to submit your
Content.
• Do not post unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, sexually exploitative, hateful, threatening,
violent, discriminatory, fraudulent or privacy-invasive Content.
• Reviews must be genuine, relevant and based on a real experience. BBBRINGME may remove or
restrict reviews, profiles or Content that breach these Terms, applicable law or reasonable
moderation standards.
• Community organisers and event hosts must clearly disclose restrictions, age suitability, fees,
location, agenda, cancellation arrangements and conduct expectations where relevant.
8. Privacy, Communications and Data Use
Our collection and handling of personal data is described in the BBBRINGME Privacy Policy. By using
the Platform, you agree that BBBRINGME may send transactional messages, service updates, booking
confirmations, safety messages and legally required notices through the Platform, email, SMS, push
notification or other disclosed channels. Marketing communications will be managed in accordance
with applicable law and the choices offered to you.
9. Cancellations, Refunds, Chargebacks and Disputes
Cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, order changes, no-shows, deposits, delivery issues, product
returns and provider disputes are governed by the Booking, Cancellation, Refund and Order
Adjustment Policy and any category-specific terms disclosed before purchase. Nothing in these Terms
limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.
• You should first attempt to resolve a service issue through the in-app support or dispute process,
with clear evidence such as messages, photos, receipts, job records or relevant timestamps.
• Do not initiate a payment chargeback without first using the support process unless required by law
or there is a genuine unauthorised transaction or safety concern. A chargeback does not remove
our right to investigate or contest a transaction in accordance with applicable rules.
• BBBRINGME may hold, reverse, offset or delay payouts only where permitted by applicable law, the
payment terms or the Provider Agreement, including to address a substantiated refund, fraud,
chargeback, safety or compliance issue.
10. Platform Role, Disclaimers and Liability
Except where BBBRINGME expressly identifies itself as the direct seller or service provider,
BBBRINGME provides technology, discovery, communication, booking, support and marketplace tools
and does not itself perform the Provider Services. Providers are independent businesses or individuals
and are responsible for their own acts and omissions. BBBRINGME does not guarantee that a Provider,
Customer, event, product, listing, review, community, quote, service outcome or third-party
information will be safe, lawful, suitable, available, accurate or meet a particular purpose.
IMPORTANT LEGAL LIMITATION To the maximum extent permitted by law, BBBRINGME is not
liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from Platform use,
third-party conduct or a Provider Service. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot be
excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
11. Suspension, Termination and Changes
We may suspend, limit, remove or terminate access to the Platform where we reasonably believe that
you have breached these Terms, created a safety, fraud, legal, payment or reputational risk, provided
misleading information, failed verification, or where action is required by law. We may update these
Terms by publishing a revised version and identifying the effective date. Material changes will be
communicated through reasonable channels where required.
12. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to any
mandatory consumer-protection or other laws that apply to your transaction. Before commencing
formal proceedings, the parties should attempt to resolve the issue through BBBRINGME Support.
Notices and queries may be sent to support@bbbring.me, [Legal Contact Email] and [Registered Business
Address].
